Alternate Caller ID Number

Switch which caller ID number is sent out between your primary and virtual numbers. (Note: This feature is only available to those who do NOT have Toll-Free virtual numbers.)

Anonymous Call Rejection

Reject calls from anyone that has blocked their name or number. The caller will automatically be sent to a recording informing them you do not wish to receive blocked calls.

Blacklist

Block calls from phone numbers you specify. Blacklisted callers will receive an automated message informing them their number has been blocked. Your phone will not ring when they call.

Selective Forward

Automatically redirect specified callers to a different phone number or Voice Mail. For example, You can send calls from toll free numbers to your voice mail and have your boss forward to your cell phone. While on vacation, you can specify which incoming calls you want transferred to your cell phone.

Find Me/Follow Me

Forward incoming calls to up to 3 telephone numbers within the United States (all 50 States) and Canada. Find Me Follow Me will try to dial each of the numbers in a specified order. Find Me Follow Me calls with Premier basic are charged 2.4 cents per minute when forwarded to wireline or wireless numbers.

Number Portability

Keep your existing phone number. In most cases we can port your existing US phone number. To verify that we can port your phone number, email customerservice@1-voip.com or give us a call at 888-369-VoIP (8647). Number Portability is not available in Canada and may not be available when porting cell phone numbers or numbers assigned by another VoIP company. Number porting takes 2 to 3 weeks on average.

Toll Free Service

Give your friends and family an easy and inexpensive way to reach you with your own toll free number. Toll free numbers are only $6 per month and 4.5 cents per minute in the US or 6 cents per minute in Canada.

Virtual Phone Numbers

A virtual number is an additional number you can give to others that rings through to your primary number. If you have family in Chicago, just add a Chicago number to your account and the family can call you for the price of a local phone call. You can have two virtual numbers anywhere in the US or Canada free of charge. Additional Virtual numbers are $5 each per month.

Voicemail Notification via Email

Receive notification of a Voicemail via your personal email. You may choose to attach a .wav file which will allow you to listen to the message on your computer. You may also dial into the Voicemail system to retrieve your messages.
